Kaladin surca los vientos del power metal de la mano de Theragon
Hace ya más de una década desde que pisamos Roshar por primera vez y caímos rendidos ante el mundo y los personajes creados por Brandon Sanderson. Así como grandes autores de la literatura fantástica enamoraron e inspiraron a generaciones de lectores que con el tiempo se transformarían a su vez en autores o artistas, hoy es la obra de Sanderson la que recibe muestras de amor y homenajes, y por primera vez, un grupo de power metal se ha animado a dar vida a la historia de Kaladin en su single Blessed by the Storm, ¡ que hoy os traemos en exclusiva!
Conociendo a theragon, la banda tras blessed by the storm
La banda Theragon nació en Valencia en 2018, y está integrada por Ferrán Quiles (cantante), Alejandro Ibáñez (guitarras), Enrique García (bajo), Héctor Palanca (teclado) y Joan Andreu Quiles (Batería), aunque probablemente alguna cara puede que ya os resulte familiar en la foto. Entre sus fuentes de inspiración encontramos referentes como Freedom Call, Twilight Force o Gloryhammer.
El año pasado se embarcaron en un emocionante proyecto para crear una canción de power metal que narrara las aventuras de Kaladin, y el resultado es una impresionante canción que condensa en siete minutos los momentos más épicos e intensos del Corredor del Cielo más querido por todo el fandom.
Durante el proyecto cuidaron hasta el último detalle, incluyendo el diseño de la portada a cargo de Geryss, un artista muy conocido en las redes sociales, que ha hecho una labor espectacular que borda la presentación de la canción Blessed by the Storm.
